RESERVATION TERMS

The user, prior to using the website or services offered or making a reservation, should first carefully review the Reservation  Terms as well as the General Terms of Use of the Website and  accept them by clicking on the  appropriate box. It is not possible to proceed with any reservation unless and until the user declares his acceptance. The present Reservation Terms govern all reservation requests made by the user either through this website or through the Company’s call center or by visiting himself the company’s offices. 

The use of the services  is the exclusive responsibility  of the user and it entails the unconditional acceptance of the present Terms of Use and Reservation Terms by the user. If the visitor/user considers the present terms non-acceptable, for any reason whatsoever, he should not proceed to use this service.  

The user declares that he is an adult that has he possesses the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to use this Website in accordance with the terms and conditions set herein, as well as that he has the consent or authorization of third parties on behalf of whom he may make a reservation. The user accepts the responsibility to pay the fees for the services he requests. The user is solely responsible for all charges, duties, taxes and contributions that may result for the reservation of products or services.

The user declares that the information he provides is true and accurate. The user is not allowed to make mock, false or fraudulent reservations or issuance of electronic tickets.

the Company acts, in this particular case, as an intermediary for the sale of products and services of third-party suppliers. More specifically, the Company provides intermediary services for the issuance of tickets (airline, ferry tickets) and reserving accommodation, board, recreation, entertainment and means of transportation, which are offered by the suppliers presented on this website.

It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms of use of the supplier whose products/services wishes to receive. The user agrees to comply with the terms of third party suppliers whose services he reserves. These terms will be available to the user by each selected supplier prior to the completion of a reservation and the user must accept them in order for the reservation to be completed. 

Reservation

Reservation means an order for services or products made by the user either through this website, by filling in the relevant fields of the special reservation form or through a telephone communication with the reservations’ department of the Company. By making a reservation the user makes an explicit request to the Company to act as an intermediary for the sale of a travel services offered by a third party supplier, or any other travel related service.

The user understands that by making a reservation he/she enters into a binding agreement with the Company  which entails the obligation of payment. If the user considers that he cannot accept these terms, for any reason whatsoever, then he should not proceed to use the service. 

The Company reserves the right not to proceed or to reject a request for a reservation if the user violates the present Terms of Use, for security or other technical reasons. The Company reserves the right to request proof of identity from the user prior to the completion of the reservation and/or the issuance of a ticket.

The Company  charges a fee (service fee) for its intermediation in the sale of products and services of third party suppliers. This fee is included in the final price of the product or/and service and will be quoted separately and analytically on the tickets or receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: During the reservation the user is responsible for entering the name of the traveler correctly, as this appears on his Identity Card or passport. Entering wrong or inaccurate identity information (for example, in case that the passenger’s name in the airline reservation system is not the same as the name appearing on the ID or passport) may result in the service supplier refusing the traveler to board a plane/ship, or stay in the accommodation or rent a car.

After the completion of a reservation, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail with the information of the reservation. The user is responsible to verify the accuracy of the information and should, in case that he detects any error, contact the Company immediately.

For the products and services provided by this website no right of rescission is provided by law.

Delivery of tickets / travel documents

FERRY TICKETS: DELIVERY INVOLVES ADDITIONAL FEE. Ferry tickets, for both international and domestic travel, are sent to the user by courier, payable by the user at the address that the user has entered during the reservation process. Alternatively they can be picked up from the company’s offices. From the central ticket office at the port of departure of the shipping company

AIRLINE TICKETS:  Airline tickets are sent by e-mail in the form of e-tickets.

The reservation and the ticket are stored in the airline’s reservation system. After the ticket has been issued, a second e-mail is sent to the user with the e-ticket’s reference number. The user is advised to print this page and present it during check-in at the airport.

CAR RENTALS – HOTELS: For car rentals or hotel reservations the user receives the voucher and the reservation reference number by e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE:  Neither the Company nor the supplier shall be liable in case of failure to deliver the documents, either by post or e-mail due to  errors made by the user  in providing  the delivery address or e-mail address or due to receipt of the e-mail in the junk e-mail folder.

Cancellations - changes

The cancellation or change of  a travel product or travel service (ticket, hotel reservation etc.) and the method for doing so depends on the terms set by each supplier. It may not be possible to cancel or change a reservation or there may be certain requirements to be met.

The possible charge that may be involved in the change or a cancellation of a travel reservation is determined by the terms and conditions of each supplier and is exclusively paid by the user. 

In case the supplier offers the possibility of a change or cancellation, the user should inform the Company in writing by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., of his request to the supplier for the change or cancellation he wishes.

If the request for cancellation/change is sent to the Company , then the next working day will be considered as the date of receipt of this request.

After the Company receives a request for a change or cancellation, it will contact the user by e-mail or telephone call in order to resolve his request. In case that the user does not receive any relevant e-mail or telephone call then the user is solely responsible to contact the Company in order to confirm that his request has been received and is being processed.

the Company cannot cancel or change any reservation without the prior written request of the user.

Apart from any charges that the cancellation/change of a reservation may entail as per the terms of each supplier, the Company applies the following charges for carrying out the changes/cancellation (service fee):

For airline tickets: 10 euro per ticket whether international or domestic. The above charge does not include any charges imposed directly by the airline company for the cancellation or any other difference in the fare price.  

For ferry tickets: 3 euro per ticket. The above charge does not include any charges imposed directly by the shipping company for the cancellation or any other difference in fare price.

For hotels / car rentals: Only the suppliers’ cancellation charge is applied . The policy of cancellation and no-show of each specific hotel supplier is available to the user during the reservation process and on the confirmation e-mail. Similarly, the car rental cancellation process is subject to the specific terms of the car rental supplier and is available to the user during the reservation process and on the confirmation e-mail.

Refund

It is clarified that the company’s fee (commission) for its intermediation in the sale of products or services of third party suppliers is not refundable in case of cancellation or change of any reservation.

The time at which refund is effected due to cancellation or changes depends on the type of service and the procedures applied by each supplier.

In case of cancellation or change of an airline ticket reservation, refund takes place after the respective airline company has refunded the relevant amount. The refund to the user will take place within a period of 30 to 50 days after the date of cancellation or change.

The Company disclaims any liability in case of delays by the airline in refunding a ticket.

In case the airline cancels or delays a flight, the passenger, according to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, is entitled to compensation, which he should seek directly from the airline company.

The refund of money that is related to other Company’s services will take place 60 days from the cancellation date.

Passports, visas and compliance with  health regulations

The user has the exclusive responsibility to possess valid travel documents that are necessary for the travel or for the use of products and services, indicatively passports, visas, residence permit, authorization by ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) if travelling to the USA in the framework of the Visa Waiver Program etc. or any other required permits (international driving license). The user should mention all transit stops of his journey that may require the issuance of a visa. Furthermore, the user has the exclusive responsibility to possess valid medical and other documents that may be required by any existent legislation, regulations, and provisions of the countries where the user will travel.

Under no circumstances will the Company or suppliers of the products or services be responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, damages that may arise from the user’s failure to obtain or possess the appropriate travel documents. 

The Company suggests to the interested users to timely and directly contact the Embassy or the Consulate of the country they wish to visit for any additional information regarding the exact procedures and prerequisites for entering that country and any formalities, necessary vaccinations etc.

Photographs and publications by suppliers - Disclaimer

The photographs, videos and product descriptions presented on the website are provided by the respective third party suppliers. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy and correctness of the descriptions, photographs etc. of travel products and services of third party suppliers displayed on the website, which are provided by the respective suppliers.

Limitation of Liability

The information, products and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the aforementioned information, services etc. and disclaims any liability for any errors or inaccuracies contained in the information and descriptions of ship, airline, hotel or other products published on the website, to the extent that these information, descriptions etc. are provided by third party suppliers of these services. The Company makes no representations as regards the suitability or availability of the products or/and services of the providers and disclaims any liability for their actions or omissions, representations they may make or for any breach of their obligations.

The Company disclaims any liability for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages that the user may suffer due to delays, overbooking, cancellation, strike or any other cause, for services provided by third party suppliers or in any other case beyond its direct control. 

The company disclaims liability for the data protection policy of third party suppliers.

Modification of Terms

The Company maintains the right to modify the present terms at any given time.

Jurisdiction

 

The present terms are governed by Greek law. In case of a dispute the courts of Milos have exclusive jurisdiction
